Payment and Cancellations


We can accept your payment after we have agreed the amount you need to pay.

Before you pay you must contact us to confirm your arrival date, accommodation choice, length of stay and the number of people in your group.

Our payment system uses Paypal. All major credit cards and payments from outside New Zealand are accepted.


* 50% deposit to secure booking

* Deposit due within 7 days to secure booking

* Balance payable one week prior to arrival

* Provide contact address and phone number

* Cancellation policy – more than one month 90% refund; 7 to 30 days before is 50% refund; less than 7 days – no refund
